Isaac Dickson, 82, dropped dead at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday at his home. At an inquest conducted by Coroner Leo B.
Hemmele at the Folger Funeral Home at Stanford, a verdict of death due to
cerebral hemorrhage was returned. Witnesses were GT Bridges and Robert L.
Nafziger, neighbors of Mr. Dickson. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday
from the Christian Church with the Rev. Mr. Vissering officiating. Burial will
be in Brooks Grove cemetery. He was born
March 20, 1857 in Putnam County, Indiana son of Mr. and Mrs. John Dickson. He
was married to Miss Louise McDaniel and they moved to Bath, ill then to
Missouri. They then located in Stanford. His widow and the following children
survive: Mrs. Ella Darnell, Mrs. Faye Kruse of Stanford, Mrs. Dora Owens of
Minier, Mrs. Hattie Tallan of Heyworth, Mrs. Eva McGinnis of Mackinaw and James
and Robert of Stanford. - kbz
